Training ProgramOur training program is designed to offer comprehensive preparation for Helicopter Air AmbulancePilots through advanced simulation technology and rigorous training protocols. You will have access tothe world’s first Level D full-motion EC-135 simulator and the first Level D full-motion EC-145 simulatorin the western hemisphere. These simulators replicate real-world flight conditions ensuring that trainingin them counts equivalently to real aircraft check rides.
Our pilots complete initial and annual aircraft-specific, scenario-based training at Metro Aviation, Inc.Headquarters in aforementioned simulators that are able to simulate IFR and IIMC environments andsituations. Pilots also receive education in Human Factors and Decision Making, to include CrewResource Management and Crew Coordination.
