CHC Helicopter secures additional contract with Shell in the North Sea

CHC Helicopter, the global helicopter company specialising in transportation and search and rescue operations, is today pleased to announce it has agreed a new five-year deal with Shell to support its operations in the North Sea.

The multi-million-pound contract provides for two H175 helicopters, a move towards new generation aircraft offering greater efficiencies.

The aircraft will be used for transportation services to Shell’s new and existing Central and Northern North Sea installations. CHC will support Shell from its Aberdeen base, with the contract scheduled to begin in July 2023, running until 2028.
