Must be a self-starter self-motivator and work well with others with minimum oversight and have the ability to manage tasks and the daily workloadExcellent verbal and writing skills Attention to details in paperwork, inspections, and must be well organized Computer skills including use of Excel, Word, Adobe, etc. Familiar with guidance materials, Part 43, Part 91, Part 145 as they apply to work accomplished under the Repair Station Certification. Airframe and Power Plant license. Knowledge of FAA paperwork including FARrsquo;s, FAA Orders, Advisory Circulars, Form 337, Form 8130-3, Form 8110, STCrsquo;s and other pertinent paperwork Thorough knowledge of quality policies, procedures, and all related technical data. 10 total years of total QA experience preferred. 5 years technical experience within Part 145 repair station, of which at least three years are in an inspector capacity. Job Description

8-5 Monday thru Friday – Aircraft field audit estimated 10-12 field days a year
Establish, maintain, manage, and continuously improve the Quality Assurance Program in compliance with company policy and FAA regulation
Review of Daily logbook record entries
Review Audit of Work orders
Tool Calibration upkeep
Perform Audits of Aircraft in the filed using company check list
Liaison with the FAA, third party auditors, customer auditors and other regulatory inspections.
Maintain the repair station roster for the repair station by ensuring that changes in personnel or job duties are reflected on the roster within five (5) business days as required RQCM
Train, and assist all personnel performing work under the repair station certificate.
Coordinate and distribute revisions to all company-controlled manuals. Ensure that the manuals kept current and accurate.
Respond to any request for inspection of this repair station’s certificate.
Ensure that work accomplished outside the repair station’s fixed location is performed in accordance with this manual
Ensure appropriate calibrations and checks are made on the tools and equipment used by the repair station and company, maintain calibration records and provide records to each department and aircraft.
Audit all maintenance function contractors before use and maintain the results of those audits.
Work with the HSE to maintain the repair station, training, and other pertinent records.
Continuously review the repair station’s training program to ensure all the repair station’s training needs are met.
Reports to the General Manager.
