Job Requirements
Possess a valid Airframe Powerplant Certificate 6 years rotorcraft experience Have three (3) years of experience within the past six (6) years maintaining aircraft as a certificated mechanic, including, experience in maintaining the same category and class of aircraft used by Safari Aviation, Inc.; or bull; Have three (3) years of experience within the past six (6) years repairing aircraft in a certificated airframe repair station, including one year in the capacity of approving aircraft for return to service. Have the ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's publications Perform routine inspections and maintenance and unscheduled maintenance on the ramp, in the hangar, or in the field as needed. Sheet metal/composite repairs, trouble shooting etc. Complete required logbook entries and ensure all appropriate return to service documentation is collected and filed Overhaul and repair spare components or ship and receive spares as needed General helicopter up keep and corrosion control Occasional travel to and support of our other Base operations Other duties as assigned
