Era and DART Helicopter Services have set a flight plan to fly together

Effective October 1, 2005 Era Helicopters LLC has entered into an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with DART Helicopter Services LLC for all of Era’s aftermarket STCs (supplemental type certificates) which include auxiliary fuel tanks for the Bell 41 2, 212, BKI 17 and the BO-105, float systems for the Bell 212 and UH-1H and over 20 other aftermarket products.

When asked why Era selected DART, Era’s CEO Ed Washecka said, “DART Helicopter Services has demonstrated that they have the means to get to the market place with a quality product and unmatched service.”

DART CEO, Jeff Shapiro stated, “The innovative ERA product line, blends perfectly into our well established group of Bell Helicopter and Eurocopter products. At DART we strive to distribute aftermarket products that are improvements over the original OEM designs. This can be seen with our patented I-Beam skid tubes and patented raft systems that are integrated in our emergency flotation systems. Era’s products are uniquely designed to offer this same value to the operator. Our products are designed to reduce the cost of operation.”
