CAMTS Global Air Medical Workshop’s “Preparing for Accreditation” was successfully attended by over 80 participants on Saturday, June 15, 2024, prior to the Asia Pacific ITIC conference in Bangkok.
Stefan Becker, president of CAMTS Global, Eileen Frazer, executive director, Dr. Dhun Damrongsak, CAMTS Global Board member and Administrator for BDMS Emergency Services at Bangkok Hospital, and Karuna Boonbcharoen, RN, served as the faculty.
Visting Thailand’s National Institute of Emergency Medicine, there was an opportunity to see their EMS Simulation Center that included a medically configured helicopter with realistic sounds to indicate actual working conditions inside the aircraft with pilot interface.
