Bell Scores Number One in Customer Support for 14th Year in a Row

The results of Professional Pilot Magazine’s annual customer support survey are in, and for the 14th time in a row, Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has been awarded the number one spot for support and service as rated by customers.

Commenting on the award, Mike Blake, executive vice president for Customer Solutions at Bell Helicopter said, “Once again we are humbled to receive this honor. Achieving 14 years in a row means a great deal to Bell. To know that our customers value the effort we put forward to support their aircraft is very rewarding. Congratulations to everyone in the Bell Customer Support Network and a heartfelt thank you to our great customers. We look forward to continuing our award-winning customer support and will strive for further improvements in 2008.”

Recent acquisitions of McTurbine and SkyBOOKS, and the expansion of existing facilities are a few examples of the efforts that Bell Helicopter has made for delivering even better customer support in 2008.
